Villa Rose

Villa Rose is an outstanding luxurious St Barths villa designed by Francois Pecard and furnished by Catherine Pawson. Located in a hilltop private estate in Gouverneur, offering expansive views over the island hills, valleys, the bay of St Jean and the ocean.

Villa Rose consists of 4 bedrooms spread over 3 separate bungalows and rests in an enchanted tropical garden. Each bungalow disposes of a pool, a terrace and a covered lounge area all connected by a teak walkway and fully landscaped garden.

Villa Jasmine

Overlooking Gouverneur neighborhood of Saint-Barth’s island, Villa Jasmine is a heaven of peace nestled in a wild and preserved Estate. Designed by Francois Pecard and furnished by Catherine Pawson, the villa is set on the edge of a cliff overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and neighboring islands, this residence discretely blends into the site’s exceptional panorama all the while displaying its bold architecture founded on raw materials, symbols and references.

The property is a very spacious modern villa, built on two separated levels. The upper level includes infinity pool, pavilions, living room, kitchen, two bungalows on both side of the house. At the lower level, there is a fitness area with kitchenette and two separated bungalows with private terraces and plunge pool.

Villa Olive

The villa features a central pavilion and an infinity pool flanked by smaller structures connected by a teak walkway and shaded by expansive palm tree. The 4 independent bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are located on each side of the living space of the house providing privacy.
